They are looking for Digital Transformation Manager, that can go underneath how a business operates and change ways of working for the better. They want a hungry, impactful, tech savvy individual that can lead Salesforce and core technology transformations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end digital and technology transformation projects.
- Provide transformations to hundreds of users and large teams within the business.
- Break down complex or ambiguous business problems and creating clear transformation roadmaps.
- Manage stakeholders across technical teams, senior leadership and wider areas of the business.- Lead end-to-end digital and technology transformation projects.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience working closely with technical teams to ensure transformation delivers genuine business value.
- Proven background shaping the organisation’s wider technology and transformation strategies.
- Strong stakeholder management background and change management capability.
