They're looking for a hands on Salesforce Developer who loves getting stuck into the code, building bespoke solutions and making a real impact technically. This isn't just about maintaining an existing Salesforce environment; You'll be joining a business that's evolving its technology, improving existing systems and investing in the future of its Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build bespoke Salesforce solutions and custom functionalities.
- Trouble technical issues and deliver effective solutions.
- Write, develop and optimise Apex classes, triggers and complex business logic.
- Develop and maintain integrations, to ensure they are aligned with business processes.
- Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to understand requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and communicate development progress regularly.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Experience working within a business undergoing digital or technology transformation.
- Background improving legacy Salesforce implementations while supporting day-to-day platform operations.
- Proven hands-on experience writing, developing and maintaining Apex classes, triggers and processes to deliver complex, scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Hands-on experience developing and maintaining Salesforce integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, troubleshooting integration issues and ensuring reliable data flows between platforms.
