The business is currently rolling out a greenfield implementation of Salesforce and are successfully building an experienced internal team to lead the platform.
Our client are currently looking for an experienced Data Analytics Manager to lead their analytics function and turn data into actionable insight. You’ll oversee data strategy, reporting, and performance analysis across the business, with a focus on Salesforce and Tableau environments. This is a hands-on leadership role — ideal for someone who enjoys building high-impact dashboards, mentoring analysts, and partnering with stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of analysts to deliver clear, accurate, and insightful data analysis and reporting.
- Own and optimise the Salesforce reporting infrastructure, ensuring data quality and governance.
- Design and develop Tableau dashboards that communicate performance and trends effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand business needs and define analytics solutions.
- Drive automation and efficiency in data collection, transformation, and visualisation processes.
- Translate complex data into business insights and recommendations for senior leadership.
- Establish best practices for data management, documentation, and dashboard design.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Strong expertise with Salesforce data structures, reporting, and integration.
- Advanced Tableau development skills (dashboard design, calculated fields, data blending, etc.).
- Proficiency with SQL and working knowledge of data modelling and ETL processes.
- Excellent communication skills — able to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
