Steadman Brown are currently partnered with a global Salesforce partner that operate under a partner-led model and globally have over 180 consultants within their Salesforce team. They specialise in large scale, enterprise Salesforce programs delivering the full Salesforce lifecycle from strategic advisory, implementation and on going managed service.
They are currently looking to add to their growing UK Salesforce practice and are looking for a Functional Salesforce Consultant, who will work with enterprise businesses to gather client requirements, build and maintain stakeholder relationships, create solutions and oversee a team of developers carrying out the build
- Running and leading client workshops
- Managing stakeholder relationships and be the go between between them and the technical team
- Creation of solution and documentation for each implementation
- Lead the technical delivery team throughout delivery phase, ensuring that the requirements are met and escalating any issues.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ Years experience within a Salesforce Partner
- Strong prior experience with gathering requirements from senior stakeholders
- Prior experience translating requirements into detailed solutions for technical teams.
- Experience working with clients in the Insurance, Utilities, Public Sector or Automotive is preferred.
