I am working exclusively with a rapidly growing Salesforce Partner, who are dominating the mid-market space, with a specific focus on Retail, Media and Business Services.
As a Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for delivering end to end Salesforce Solutions, from scope to design and build.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather key requirements for the client, and translate them into Salesforce Solutions.
- Design, configure, and implement Salesforce products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.)
- Lead workshops and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Provide best-practice advice on Salesforce architecture and data models.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of core Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, or Experience).
- Experience with configuration (flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Certified Consultant (Sales, Service).
