I am working with an exciting Salesforce Consultancy, who are dominating multiple industries across the mid market space.
They are now looking to expand even further, by bringing in a new Salesforce Consultant to work on end to end project engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into effective Salesforce solutions.
- Configure and customise Salesforce, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and other relevant modules.
- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements to ensure long-term success.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of system configurations and technical processes.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Consultant or similar role within a Salesforce environment.
- Experience in managing stakeholder expectations and ability to push back on requirements that are given.
- Strong understanding of CRM processes, business analysis, and solution design.
- Hands on skills with Salesforce Configuration (Must have Flows).
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
