I'm working exclusively alongside an award-winning Salesforce partner who dominate the UK mid-market. Their team has grown to over 20+ Salesforce professionals now, specialising in multi-cloud implementations.
They are looking for a Salesforce Consultant with extensive expertise in the ecosystem, to join the team and work across the full project lifecycle. You'll not only be gathering requirements, but you'll be hands-on with configuration as well as post go-live support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead discovery workshops, documenting the client requirements.
- Configure the Salesforce platform through custom objects, validation rules, and Flow.
- Design solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
- Liaise between the business stakeholders and the technical teams to ensure complete alignment on solutions.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience in a consultancy environment as a Salesforce Consultant.
- Strong experience in the Salesforce ecosystem, with a deep understanding of processes and best practice.
- Comfortable in client-facing environments, presenting to key stakeholders.
- Able to manage multiple projects at any given point.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
