We are currently working with a top 10 UK Salesforce partner who are looking to grow their team as they take on more exciting projects. Working with leading businesses across multiple sectors, they have projects that cover multiple clouds including Sales, Service, Marketing and Revenue Clouds. With an experienced team led by someone who has an in depth technical background, they are in a great position to work on the latest and greatest Salesforce features requested by their clients.
The role of Salesforce Consultant will offer a 360 approach to projects, allowing you to be very hands-on with the build and configuration of the Salesforce platform, whilst also being client facing to understand the problem, gather the requirements and take that information into the build stage to deliver the best solution available. You will have exposure to a range of Salesforce products and additional 3rd party applications, growing your knowledge of Salesforce and increasing your skills with each project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration of Salesforce.
- Working across various projects in different industries.
- Heavy use of flows to automate business processes.
- Client-facing to gather requirements and manage stakeholders.
- Providing occasional training to clients.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration skills.
- In-depth knowledge of core Sales Cloud & Service Cloud products.
- Confident speaking with clients/stakeholders to gather requirements.
- Excellent ability to build and amend Flows to streamline business processes.
- Ability to work alone and as part of a wider team.
- Confident describing technical requirements to non-technical teams.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
