I am working with a growing Salesforce Partner, who are looking to expand their team further after winning multiple new multi cloud implementations for top clients across the UK and USA.
They are looking for a Salesforce Consultant, to work across the end to end project implementations from scoping to go-live, including leading workshops with the clients, before doing the implementation and configuration of the platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with different clients and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Work with other Consultants/Architects in designing the solution design.
- Configure and customise Salesforce automation tools, including flows, validations, objects etc.
- Provide day-to-day support and troubleshooting for Salesforce users.
Experience & Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience with Salesforce (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud).
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and declarative tools.
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and the Salesforce platform.
- Experience in gathering requirements from stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
