I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who are dominating the Mid-Market and SMB Space, working with businesses across multiple sectors including Retail, Media and Sports.

As the Commercial Director, you will drive the revenue growth, and shape the strategic client relationships. This is a Senior role within the business, where you will be responsible for the commercial performance, go-to-market strategy and delivery alignment across Salesforce delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and Drive the commercial strategy.
  • Lead Sales engagements and manage client relationships.
  • Develop and implement go-to market plans for the consulting partner.
  • Build and scale a high-performing sales team

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a Salesforce commercial role
  • Strong understanding of the Salesforce eco-system and products (Sales/Service/Marketing)
  • Experience leading sales cycles within the mid-market and smb space
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
