We are currently working with a leading manufacturing company who are delivering for businesses on a global scale. The business transitioned to Salesforce over recent years and have seen a huge success across sales teams and a drive in customer service. Now they are looking to expand their product suite and bring more departments onto Salesforce.
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to join them and play a key role in optimising and evolving their Salesforce platform. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions support operational efficiency, sales effectiveness, and customer experience across the manufacturing lifecycle.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in complex, process-driven environments and translating business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service, and IT to gather and analyse business requirements.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications, user stories, and process flows for Salesforce solutions.
- Support Salesforce enhancements across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related integrations (e.g. ERP, manufacturing systems).
- Analyse and optimise end-to-end business processes, with a focus on manufacturing and order-to-cash workflows.
- Collaborate closely with Salesforce Administrators, Developers, and external partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews, and UAT sessions.
- Ensure solutions align with business objectives, data governance, and best practices.
- Provide post-implementation support, documentation, and continuous improvement recommendations.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst working with Salesforce.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce functionality (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, reporting, automation).
- Experience working in a manufacturing, industrial, or supply chain environment (Ideally).
- Ability to document business processes, requirements, and solution designs clearly.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.
- Salesforce Certified Business Analyst (Preferred).
