Steadman Brown are working with a UK leading Financial Services business, looking to hire their first Salesforce professional, tasked with managing and enhancing their use of Salesforce and Pardot.
The Salesforce Administrator will act as the in-house expert across both Salesforce and Pardot, working with Sales, Marketing and Leadership to improve and enhance the platform., including automating legacy processes, and refining customer journeys within Pardot.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage the daily administration of Salesforce and Pardot
- Review, design and deliver tailored marketing campaigns and customer journeys within Pardot
- Build and optimise Salesforce functionality, using automation tools such as flow to replace click-heavy processes
- Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to understand the lead process, to help build an ICP, using Salesforce and Pardot led data.
- Improve data quality, structure and segmentation across Salesforce and Pardot.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong knowledge of Pardot, including building email campaigns and automation journeys
- Excellent experience building Salesforce automations, and best practice, to drive adoption and speed of use.
- Strong stakeholder management skills
