We are currently supporting a leading UK manufacturing business who are looking to grow their team with the addition of a Salesforce Administrator. As a business, they are responsible for manufacturing and distributing products that are vital to important infrastructure throughout the country.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you will support, maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration and continuous improvement of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, ensuring the platform effectively supports the sales, customer service and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer and maintain the Salesforce platform, with primary responsibility for Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Configure and optimise standard and custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, flows, approval processes and Lightning apps.
  • Manage user setup, profiles, permission sets, roles and sharing rules in line with security and compliance requirements.
  • Support the configuration of sales processes including leads, accounts, contacts, opportunities, quotes and activities.
  • Support the configuration of service processes including cases, queues, assignment rules, escalation rules, knowledge and service console functionality.
  • Build and maintain automation using Flow and other declarative tools, ensuring scalable and supportable solutions.
  • Assist with release management activities, including testing, deployment support and change documentation.
Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a commercial or operational environment.
  • Strong hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
  • Experience supporting end users and translating business requirements into practical system solutions.
  • Strong understanding of CRM processes across sales pipeline management and customer service case management.
  • Experience in data management, data quality and reporting within Salesforce.
