Steadman Brown are working with a lead manufacturing company, who are looking to hire a Salesforce Administrator, to help further develop their Sales and Marketing functions.
Working across Sales and Marketing, the Salesforce Administrator will be supporting an external Salesforce consultancy, to help improve and enhance the current Salesforce environment, its processes and its data.
This role is open to both junior and mid-level Salesforce Administrators.
This role is a hybrid role, with 3x a week in office requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Support Salesforce users across Sales Cloud
- Take ownership of improving data integrity, de-duplication and overall data hygiene within Salesforce
- Work with department heads to review Salesforce user permissions and access
- Support leadership with insightful Salesforce reporting and dashboards
- Review existing automations within Salesforce, and improve these where required
- Work with the Marketing Lead to learn Salesforce Marketing Cloud
Experience and Qualifications:
- 12+ months experience in a Salesforce Administrator or support role
- Experienced working with large amounts of data, including deduplication tools
- Skilled at creating Salesforce reports and informative dashboards
- Good understanding of Salesforce security and user access settings: Permissions, Roles, Profiles, Layouts, Permission sets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player abilities
