I am working with an exciting logistics company, who are rolling out Salesforce across multiple business units. This covers the whole of Europe, and will have over 150 users.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will take ownership of the Salesforce Platform. This involves implementing Sales, Service, Data Cloud and Agentforce. This gives you the chance to work on the latest tech Salesforce has to offer.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and maintain the Salesforce environment
- Work with the business in gathering requirements from the internal stakeholders
- Hands on configuration, including building complex automation tools
- Provide end user support and training
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years as a Salesforce Administrator
- Strong understanding of Salesforce automation
- Proven experience working with stakeholders and gathering requirements
- Strong problem solving and communication skills
