We are currently partnered with a leading UK business who are at the beginning of their Salesforce transformation project. As a business, they provide a number of vital services to a large number of people every year, and Salesforce will enable them to provide a more efficient and streamlined process.
The role of Senior Salesforce Administrator will be vital to them throughout the project, as you will work closely with the business to ensure that Salesforce is implemented and configured to the needs of the business. You will also work alongside their implementation partner as they implement the foundations of Salesforce, which you will take full ownership of, with products such as Sales Cloud, Agentforce, Data Cloud and more as part of the tech stack.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with the daily configuration of Salesforce
- Build solutions with a focus on Sales Cloud, Agentforce and Data Cloud
- Build various flows to automate business processes
- Work closely with 3rd party and internal resources
- Drive Salesforce adoption across multiple departments
- Create and deliver training to users
- Gather business requirements to translate into buildable solutions
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have experience configuring Sales Cloud
- Ideally a great understanding of Agentforce & how AI works with Salesforce
- Excellent ability to build flows and automate business processes
- Great business facing skills to gather requirements and liaise with stakeholders
- Certified Salesforce Administrator
