We are currently partnered with a leading UK tech business who specialise in providing a vital service that keeps millions of online users safe and secure. They are considered as the go-to people for this, and are using Salesforce at the heart of their operations, with a roadmap to increase the usage of Salesforce along with additional products to broaden the tech stack.

As the Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management, optimisation, and strategic development of their Salesforce application. You’ll maintain existing functionality, streamline process, and lead enhancements to ensure Salesforce continues to evolve alongside the business. You’ll be their in-house expert, the go-to person for all things Salesforce. This role suits someone proactive, confident, and passionate about making Salesforce “bigger and better."

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, maintain, and optimise our Salesforce Sales Cloud environment. 
  • Review, improve, and build automations, flows, and process builder functionality. 
  • Lead Salesforce roadmap planning and drive continuous improvement across the platform. 
  • Manage integrations with third-party systems and applications. 
  • Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and security. Act as the internal Salesforce champion, supporting users, gathering requirements, and training teams. 
  • Develop and implement new features and solutions to enhance business performance. 
  • Evaluate and lead the adoption of new Salesforce technologies such as Agentforce and Data Cloud. 
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Leadership to align Salesforce with business goals.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and related Salesforce products. 
  • Expertise in Flows, Process Builder, Reports & Dashboards, and Automation. 
  • Confident managing a Salesforce instance independently - from admin to development level changes.
  • Excellent stakeholder communication skills; able to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Proactive, self-driven, and capable of leading Salesforce strategy within the business.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
