Our client are a global brand that leverages technology to deliver exceptional customer experiences. As part of their ongoing growth, they're looking for a skilled Salesforce Administrator with strong Service Cloud expertise to help us optimise and scale our Salesforce platform.

As a Salesforce Administrator, you’ll be the go-to person in the UK for managing, configuring, and enhancing our Salesforce environment, with a primary focus on Service Cloud. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across customer service, operations, and IT to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer, configure, and maintain the Salesforce platform with a focus on Service Cloud. 
  • Create and manage users, profiles, roles, permission sets, and security settings. 
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, workflows, and flows to support business needs. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions. 
  • Support Service Cloud features such as case management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge, and CTI integrations.
  • Provide user support, training, and documentation.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Strong knowledge of Service Cloud functionality and best practices. 
  • Hands-on experience with Flows, Process Builder, and other automation tools. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
