Our client is an international business that specialises in supporting huge global names with their Salesforce orgs. Working across multi-cloud Salesforce orgs, they help their clients optimise and maintain Salesforce to ensure the platform continues to deliver for millions of customers worldwide.
As the Salesforce administrator, you will primarily focus on Service Cloud configuration, whilst it should also be expected to work on Sales Cloud to support customers too. You will also be working on building flows to automate processes within Salesforce and identify areas that can be streamlined using them.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the clients Salesforce org, with a focus on Service Cloud.
- Create and manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, flows, and validation rules.
- Build and optimise Service Cloud features such as case management, knowledge base, live chat, and omni-channel. Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to drive actionable insights.
- Manage data integrity, security, and system performance. Support user training and adoption, acting as the go-to Salesforce expert across the business.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands-on expertise with Service Cloud implementation and administration.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, security model, and automation tools, especially strong with building Flows.
- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
