We are currently partnered with a leading Salesforce business that supports a wide variety of global companies to implement Salesforce across their business, with multi-cloud solutions that include the core clouds and more niche products too.

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for the configuration, support, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Salesforce platform. This role ensures that Salesforce is optimised to support business objectives, streamline processes, and provide actionable insights. The Salesforce Administrator works closely with stakeholders across departments to translate business requirements into system functionality, maintain data integrity, and maximise platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Administration: Manage user accounts, roles, profiles, permissions, security settings, and license assignments.
  • Configuration: Create and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, validation rules, flows, dashboards, and reports.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide day-to-day user support, resolve system issues, and act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related inquiries.
  • Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through regular audits, data cleansing, imports, and deduplication.
  • Process Improvement: Partner with stakeholders to understand business processes and recommend Salesforce solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Training & Documentation: Develop training materials, conduct user training sessions, and maintain system documentation.
  • Release Management: Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, evaluate new features, and deploy enhancements.
  • Integration Support: Work with technical teams to manage integrations between Salesforce and other business applications.

Experience and Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices, system configuration, and security. 
  • Proficiency in creating reports, dashboards, and data management tools. 
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong knowledge and use of Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. 
  • Excellent ability to build Flows and automate business processes.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
