They're seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with hands-on experience in Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Slack integrations to help us maximise the value of our Salesforce ecosystem and drive collaboration across the business.
You’ll be an important part of a growing team responsible for managing and enhancing the Salesforce platform, ensuring it’s tailored to meet the needs of both our sales and service teams. With your knowledge of Slack integrations, you’ll also play a key role in streamlining communication and improving efficiency across departments. You will be hands-on with Salesforce daily, configuring the platform and automating key areas through flows to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and customise Sales Cloud and Service Cloud to support business processes.
- Manage users, roles, profiles, permissions, and security settings. Build and maintain flows, validation rules, reports, and dashboards.
- Ensure Salesforce and Slack are seamlessly integrated to support collaboration and real-time communication.
- Partner with the wider business units to gather requirements and implement scalable solutions.
- Maintain high-quality data through regular audits, cleansing, and de-duplication.
- Troubleshoot issues and monitor system performance.
- Provide user training and support to boost adoption of Salesforce and Slack tools.
- Stay informed on new Salesforce features, Service Cloud enhancements, and Slack updates.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with strong knowledge of Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Excellent understanding of Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.).
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail and data integrity.
- Confident communicator able to collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation.
- Hands-on experience integrating and using Slack in a business environment.
- Familiarity with third-party apps, AppExchange.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
