Our client are a driven Non-profit organisation committed to making a positive change to thousands of people globally, with the goal to eradicate a pressing issue across multiple continents. To help them achieve their goals, they rely on Salesforce as their central CRM system, and they’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator who understands the Non-profit Success Pack (NPSP) inside and out.
As the Salesforce Administrator, you will be the go-to expert for maintaining, configuring, and optimising their Salesforce environment. You’ll ensure data integrity, streamline workflows, and support various teams in using Salesforce to its fullest potential. Most importantly, your expertise with NPSP will help us better manage donations, relationships, and programs so they can deepen their impact. You will also work extensively on replacing legacy automations and building new flows, and have an in-depth knowledge of Microsoft Excel to bring data into Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer and configure Salesforce (with a strong focus on NPSP functionality) to meet organisational needs.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security settings.
- Build and maintain reports and dashboards for fundraising, programs, and executive teams.
- Develop and optimise workflows, process automations, and page layouts.
- Maintain data integrity through regular data audits, deduplication, and imports.
- Build new automations and replace legacy processes with Flows.
- Provide user support, documentation, and training across teams.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify CRM improvements and implement scalable solutions.
- Work on a wider set of system integrations and enhancements when needed.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator, ideally in a non-profit environment.
- Hands-on expertise with Salesforce NPSP (Non-profit Success Pack).
- Strong understanding of non-profit data models (households, donations, campaigns, recurring gifts, etc.).
- In-depth understanding and use of Flows to automate processes within Salesforce.
- Prior experience working with a wider tech stack connected to the Salesforce platform.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to balance technical detail with the big picture of organisational needs.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (Advanced Admin or NPSP-specific certifications a plus).
