Our client is looking for an experienced Salesforce administrator to join them, working on the daily configuration of the Salesforce platform, primarily on the NPSP product, along with managing system integrations, data management and providing training and support to users. Experience with flows will be essential for this role, to assist the organisation with streamlining processes on Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on configuration of Salesforce on NPSP.
- Automating processes through the use of flows.
- Taking ownership of Salesforce and additional integrated tools.
- Provide training and support to users.
- Collaborate with various teams across the organisation.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Must have hands-on experience with Salesforce NPSP.
- Excellent hands-on Salesforce configuration skills.
- Able to build various types of flows to automate processes.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience providing training and support to users.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
