We have partnered with an exciting UK based business that specialise in the automotive sector, who are looking to bolster their internal Salesforce team.

This person will join an experienced team of Salesforce professionals, supporting the daily operations and management of Salesforce for the business and their users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the business to understand the objectives drive the platform forward. 
  • Oversee daily maintenance and troubleshooting to ensure optimal system performance. 
  • Provide technical support, manage users, permissions and conduct training. 
  • Maintain data quality, handle imports/exports, and develop reports/dashboards. 
  • Build new automations to improve workflow and processes. 
  • Integrate Salesforce with other systems/3rd party applications.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator. 
  • Experience in Sales & Service Cloud. 
  • Proven experience in building automation using Flow. 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability manage stakeholders and collaborate with cross functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification.
