We are currently partnered with a leading UK business in the financial services space, supporting people and businesses whilst helping them manage their finances. With Salesforce at the heart of their operations, they are now growing their team with the addition of a Salesforce Administrator.
Our client is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Administrator to join their growing team. This role will be pivotal in ensuring their Salesforce environment runs smoothly, efficiently, and continues to evolve in line with business needs. You’ll take ownership of the day-to-day management, configuration, and optimisation of Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, supporting users across multiple departments and driving best practices in CRM and marketing automation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain Salesforce Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud, ensuring system integrity, data accuracy, and optimal performance.
- Configure and customise Salesforce (fields, reports, dashboards, automations, etc.) to support business processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.
- Support user management, training, and adoption across teams.
- Monitor system usage and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Oversee data imports, exports, and integrations with third-party systems.
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and new features, ensuring the business leverages the latest tools.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator.
- Hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud (including Journey Builder, Email Studio, and Automation Studio).
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM201) required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Advanced Administrator) are a plus.
- Strong understanding of CRM data structures, automation, and campaign workflows.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical teams.
- Self-motivated, analytical, and passionate about improving business processes.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
