They are seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator with Apex development experience and hands-on experience in data migrations on the Salesforce platform. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that support the vital work of general practitioners across the UK.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer, configure, and maintain the organisations Salesforce environment, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Develop custom solutions using Apex (triggers, classes, batch processes) to support business requirements.
- Manage and execute data migrations, including data mapping, cleansing, transformation, and loading activities, ensuring data integrity and security.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and workflows to support stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver enhancements and system integrations.
- Provide user support, training, and documentation to empower stakeholders in effective system usage.
- Support release management, testing, and deployment processes.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and system efficiency.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator in a complex environment.
- Proficient in Apex development (triggers, classes, batch jobs, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with data migration projects on Salesforce, including use of tools such as Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, or third-party ETL solutions.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce security, sharing rules, roles, and permission sets.
- Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills, able to engage with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) required; additional Salesforce certifications (e.g. Platform Developer I) highly desirable.
