I am working with a leading retail business, who operate globally, who've just implemented and introduced Salesforce across the business.
As the IT Project Manager, you will oversee end-to-end delivery of Salesforce-related projects from planning and design through implementation and support. You’ll collaborate with stakeholders across departments, manage technical teams, and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution of Salesforce projects, including new implementations, integrations, and enhancements.
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring proactive resolution.
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders, developers, and external vendors.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3–5+ years of project management experience in IT or software development.
- Experience delivering Salesforce projects is a huge plus.
- Proven success managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
