I am working with a leading Salesforce Partner who are dominating the SMB and Mid Market space, they are working across multiple industries all within the UK and Europe.
As for the role, Salesforce experience isn't needed. You'll be leading a variety of client-facing projects, overlooking the full 360 project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading project planning, scoping, and scheduling activities.
- Managing budgets, timelines, resources, risks, and dependencies.
- Coordinating internal teams (consultants, developers, analysts) and external stakeholders.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience managing IT or Software Delivery Projects.
- Strong project management fundamentals, able to plan, execute, and close projects on time and within scope.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, confident communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including clients, developers, and senior leadership.
- Experience working with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid methodologies and the ability to adapt based on project or client needs.
