We are currently supporting a global non-profit organisation who are looking for someone to join them, applying their email marketing experience to drive engagement and lead nurturing. You will be responsible for building and deploying email marketing campaigns and measuring performance against key objectives and KPIs. You will support the wider marketing function in driving database growth, ensuring contacts are accurately segmented by interest, behaviour and location, and maintaining a clean, accurate and up-to-date CRM database. You will create engaging, visually appealing email campaigns that encourage audiences to interact with the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to use the organisation’s email marketing platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud Account Engagement / Pardot) to ensure data aligns with Salesforce CRM, and that contacts, leads and prospects are recorded accurately.
  • Plan, build and execute email marketing campaigns, producing engaging and effective copy to drive engagement, generate leads and support commercial and organisational objectives.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organisation to identify and coordinate relevant content for upcoming campaigns throughout the year.
  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, reporting on A/B testing, engagement metrics, audience behaviour and template effectiveness.
  • Research, design and build impactful email templates, online forms and landing pages in line with best practice and brand guidelines.
  • Map customer journeys, processes and trigger points for different audience segments to develop effective automated email workflows that support lead generation and nurturing activity.
  • Ensure all email marketing activity remains compliant with relevant data protection regulations, including GDPR and PECR.
  • Manage contacts, leads and prospects within Pardot / Salesforce, identifying gaps, errors and incomplete records to maintain a clean, usable and well-segmented database.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Pardot) experience
  • HTML basics
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Understanding of GDPR and PECR
  • Strong analytic skills
  • Proven experience in writing effective and accurate copy for various formats
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Programmes
  • A good understanding of mail marketing4Excellent organisational and time management skills
