We are currently partnered with a global leader in the entertainment industry who are looking for a CRM Executive to join their team. As a global award-winning business, they have offices across multiple continents and need a highly skilled CRM Executive to join their marketing team.
The CRM Executive is responsible for managing and optimising the company’s customer relationship management (CRM) systems and campaigns to drive engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value. This role supports the planning, execution, and analysis of customer communications, ensuring all activity is data-driven, targeted, and aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the day-to-day management and optimisation of the CRM platform (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Build and execute customer journeys, email campaigns, and automation workflows.
- Segment customer data and develop targeted communications based on behaviour, lifecycle stage, and preferences.
- Monitor campaign performance and generate reports on KPIs (open rates, conversion, retention, etc.)
- Maintain data integrity and compliance with GDPR and other data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and digital teams to ensure consistent messaging and customer experience.
- Identify opportunities to improve personalisation, automation, and customer engagement.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience with CRM or marketing automation tools (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, Klaviyo).
- Strong analytical skills and confidence working with customer data.
- Excellent communication, attention to detail, and organisational skills.
- Understanding of email marketing best practices and customer lifecycle strategies.
- Knowledge of GDPR and data privacy standards.
