I am working with one of the fastest growing Salesforce Partners in the last 12 months, they are now expanding their commercial team and looking to bring in an Account Executive to work across the mid-market space.

As an Account Executive, you’ll be responsible for driving new business by selling professional services around the Salesforce ecosystem. This isn't a product sales role, you will be strictly selling services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end sales process for Salesforce consulting engagements, from outbound prospecting to discovery, solutioning, proposal, negotiation, and close. 
  • Develop a deep understanding of client needs by leading consultative discovery calls that uncover pain points, strategic goals, and operational challenges. 
  • Translate business challenges into service solutions, working closely with pre-sales engineers, solution architects, and delivery leaders to design the right approach. 
  • Represent the company at Salesforce ecosystem events (World Tours, local user groups) to build brand visibility and connect with prospects.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales experience, with a proven track record of selling professional services or consulting engagements. 
  • A deep understanding of how to sell outcomes, not just products, you’re comfortable scoping projects, navigating complexity, and leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles. 
  • Strong discovery and listening skills, you know how to ask the right questions to uncover client pain points, align stakeholders, and position services that add real value. 
  • A track record of meeting or exceeding quota, managing pipelines, and closing deals in the region of 25-100k.
