Senior Salesforce QA Tester

Position Overview: As a Salesforce Tester at this esteemed Salesforce Partner, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of their Salesforce implementations. You will collaborate closely with skilled consultants and developers to design, execute, and automate test cases, ensuring that the Salesforce solutions meet the highest standards of performance, functionality, and user satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive test plans and strategies for Salesforce implementations, including functional, regression, and integration testing.
• Execute manual and automated test cases to validate the functionality, usability, and performance of Salesforce solutions.
• Identify, document, and prioritise defects, working closely with developers and consultants to ensure timely resolution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and translate them into effective test cases.
• Continuously enhance testing processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated on Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to drive innovation and quality assurance.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in Salesforce testing, with a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform and ecosystem.
• Proficiency in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
• Hands-on experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Salesforce Test Automation, or similar.
• Solid understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator or Salesforce Certified Platform App Builder are highly desirable.
