Joby is the face of new business development at Steadman Brown, continually networking and onboarding new clients looking to hire Salesforce talent.

Originally pursuing a career as an electrician and being in that sector for 8 years, I realised I needed a change and entered the field of recruitment for nearly two years. Having worked with a different CRM system in my previous role I was intrigued to develop my understanding further, and with my skills and experience in recruitment I wanted to move into securing myself a career within the tech industry.

My first interaction with Steadman Brown was on LinkedIn, where I was introduced to Salesforce. Here is where I also connected with Lewis, and now channel my expertise into Business Development, driving growth and forging strong partnerships.

We specialise in covering all aspects of Salesforce, providing comprehensive solutions tailored to our clients' unique needs. My role focuses on building and maintaining relationships with both new and existing clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and support. 

The thing I love about my role is that every day is different, and I get to network and meet new people, whilst working with a strong and ambitious team! This dynamic environment keeps me engaged and constantly learning, while building valuable connections.
