Charlie focuses solely on recruiting Salesforce Developers, Architects and technical focused Salesforce professionals, for Steadman Brown’s customers.

In June 2022, I joined the Steadman Brown team as a Salesforce Head-Hunter, changing careers from an Estate Agent. Since starting, I have gained a great deal of knowledge regarding the Salesforce Ecosystem and what it takes to become a go-to head-hunter within this field.  

In addition to how welcoming everyone was at the interview, the office environment attracted me to Steadman Brown. I was attracted to Steadman Brown because of their focus on the future. When a company is growing rapidly and achieving and exceeding goals, you know they're doing something right. There is no better opportunity than joining and growing with everyone.  

For my role as consultant I have a strong focus on recruiting for Salesforce Developers and Architects. To ensure that all our clients and candidates are satisfied with the services we provide, I always put the satisfaction of both parties at the top of our priority list.
