I am working with a growing Salesforce Partner who are looking to expand their Salesforce team and bring in a CRM Analytics Consultant to lead new implementations.
As a CRM Analytics Consultant, you will work closely with clients to design, implement, and optimise Tableau solutions that meet their unique business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into Tableau solutions.
- Design and implement CRM Analytics dashboards, reports, and data visualizations that integrate with Salesforce data.
- Perform data integration between Salesforce and Tableau, ensuring seamless data flow and real-time analytics.
- Analyse client needs and recommend Salesforce customization options to optimize CRM processes.
- Provide end-to-end support for CRM Analytics and Salesforce projects, from requirements gathering through to implementation and ongoing support.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a CRM Analytics Consultant and Salesforce Consultant, Developer, or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Tableau (Desktop, Server, Prep) for building interactive dashboards and reports.
- Solid understanding of data integration techniques (e.g., APIs, ETL processes) for combining Tableau and Salesforce data.
- Proficiency in SQL, database management, and data modelling.
- Certified Tableau Consultant.
- Salesforce Certified Tableau CRM and Einstein Discovery Consultant.
