This organisation are a well known business who have embarked on a transformation project over the last couple of years. Bringing in Salesforce was a large but exciting decision for them, and now they have a shiny new system to get there hands on. They are very invested in their tech and have a lot of other systems that integrate with Salesforce.
You will be working within a solid Technical team with a Manager who comes from a technical background themselves. They are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer to join them and hit the ground running. Working on the more complex Salesforce tasks, integrations and help set up DevOps. This is a huge opportunity to work with a well known and respected organisation and make your mark.
Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Programmatic Development, utilising Apex, LWC Adhering to Salesforce best practice.
- Making sure more junior members are following the correct Development process, code reviews and mentor when needed.
- Develop design patterns Help with the technical solutions.
- Collaborate with multiple technical teams and functional teams Define and Document best practices.
- Develop and enhance integrations with multiple different systems.
- Take the more complex technical tasks Help the DevOps Engineer on setting up CI/CD pipelines.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Extensive Salesforce Development experience of multiple years utilising Apex, LWC.
- Already in a Senior Salesforce Development position.
- Integration experience using APIs and ideally Middleware (MuleSoft).
- Experience with Release Management and DevOps processes.
- Experience in designing and developing integration patterns.
- Proven experience mentoring and guiding junior Developers.
- Ability to speak to senior Stakeholders and translate technical solutions to non technical people.
- Ability to communicate across multiple business teams, technical and non technical Experience working with more than one Salesforce use case.
- Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I.
