As a Senior Consultant, you will be leading projects from start to completion, this includes working closely with the clients to gather key requirements and still get hands-on with the configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Involvement with pre-sales, helping sales executives win new clients and more projects.
- Collaborating with different team members in gathering requirements from different clients
- Getting hands on with the configuration building complex automations(flows)
- Post implementation support and training for the end users.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous experience in leading projects and end to end implementations
- Proven experience working in a Salesforce consulting environment
- Able to build complex automations, good experience with all config tools
- Ability to scope out implementations and involvement with pre sales.
- Salesforce Administrator
- Salesforce Product specific (Sales/Service)
