I am working with a global company who work with some of the biggest names in the world, covering financial services, retail and transport.
As a Senior Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for gathering all requirements, documenting and designing the solutions, and additionally continue to get hands on with the build and configuration across multi cloud solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be leading requirement gathering sessions with the stakeholders to gather all stakeholders needs.
- Design and implement Salesforce solutions for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Able to get hands on with the configuration of the system, building declarative solutions.
- Train and mentor a team of Junior members.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant or in a similar role.
- Expertise in Salesforce configuration, customisation, and administration (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.).
- Proven experience in leading Salesforce implementations and managing client relationships.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform App Builder.
