We are working with a leading UK business in the financial services sector, who specialise in a variety of areas, offering tailored advice, solutions and support to meet the financial needs of their customers.
They are looking to hire a Salesforce Senior Admin into their team, to be the face of Salesforce to their users and proactively work in collaboration with the business to improve their platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of their Salesforce org.
- Daily configuration & BAU operations of Salesforce.
- Proactively collaborate with the business to improve salesforce.
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholders.
- Provide training and support to internal users.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Sales & Service Cloud exp is essential [additional product knowledge is a bonus].
- Good configuration skills, with the ability to build automations using flow.
- Personable and a good communicator, able to gather requirements.
- Proven experience managing stakeholders.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator - Additional certifications are a bonus [not essential]
