We are collaborating with an exciting and rapidly growing Salesforce business that is making waves in the Consulting world! They are based in London and are on the path to being the go-to partner covering multiple sectors including Financial Services, Media, and Business Services.
Having recently implemented multi-cloud Salesforce solutions and landed some huge projects, they are now looking to build out their technical managed service practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce technical service consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performing team environment.
- Serve as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of client needs.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the technical managed services team, including monitoring system performance, managing support requests, and ensuring timely issue resolution.
- Develop and implement best practices and processes for Salesforce development, maintenance, and optimization.
- Provide strategic guidance and recommendations to clients, helping them leverage Salesforce to achieve their business objectives.
- Stay current with Salesforce updates, new features, and industry trends to continuously enhance service delivery.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and service delivery.
Experience & Qualifications
- 3+ years working in Salesforce Development using tools such as Apex, LWC.
- Deep understanding of the Salesforce platform
- Strong development and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Experience with Salesforce integration tools and third-party applications is a bonus.
- Salesforce Certifications are highly desirable
