We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Technology Lead to join a fantastic new team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in designing, developing, and implementing customized Salesforce solutions for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components, and other Salesforce technologies.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
- Develop custom applications and enhancements using Salesforce tools and technologies.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems and third-party applications.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability of Salesforce applications.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce best practices, new features, and industry trends to continuously improve our solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Experience & Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience as a Salesforce Technical Consultant or Developer
- Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, and Salesforce Flows
- The ability to work closely with clients and senior stakeholders
- Experience working independently and as part of a team
- Experience leading a team of Salesforce Developers or Technical Consultants
- Salesforce certifications are desirable
