They are currently undergoing a big Salesforce transformation, presenting a unique and exciting opportunity internally. They are looking to hire a Salesforce Senior Admin into their team, to be the face of Salesforce to their users and proactively work in collaboration with the business to improve their platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Take ownership of their Salesforce org
- Daily configuration & BAU operations of Salesforce
- Proactively collaborate with the business to improve salesforce
- Gather requirements and manage stakeholders
- Provide training and support to internal users
Experience & Qualifications
- Sales & Service Cloud exp is essential [additional product knowledge is a bonus]
- Good configuration skills, with the ability to build using flow
- Personable and a good communicator, able to gather requirements
- Proven experience managing stakeholders
- Salesforce Certified Administrator
- Additional certifications are a bonus [not essential]
