We are partnered with a new Salesforce customer looking to onboard Salesforce as a single source of truth. They are a heavy-backed SaaS business that reaches thousands of customers and clients around the world and is becoming a key name in the industry. 

You will be working in an organisation that is investing heavily in its internal systems and technology. Right now, they are going through a complete transformation project. As the Systems Project Manager, you will be managing the implementation of Salesforce primarily as well as Dynamics365. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure smooth running of the end-to-end transformation project of Salesforce & Dynamics 365 implementation. 
  • Ensure alignment with the company’s strategic goals. 
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and internal and external resources. 
  • Ensure key stakeholders are managed and kept up to date with project progressions. 
  • Work very closely with the CIO to define the strategic roadmap. 
  • Manage 3rd party vendors. 
  • Create project plans, project scope and prioritise workload. 
  • Identify and manage future risks.  
  • Help out where needed to finish project deadlines 
  • Collaborate across multiple business units 
  • Lead regular project meetings with the relevant technical and functional teams

Experience & Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing the implementation of Salesforce. Ideally Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce CPQ. 
  • Proven experience Implementing Dynamics365 or have worked on a migration project to Dynamics 365, ideally within an F&O environment. 
  • Project Managed within a fast-paced, complex Salesforce transformation environment 
  • Experience managing tight and aggressive deadlines 
  • Experience Managing 3rd party vendors 
  • Ideally have come from a hands-on background within Salesforce or Dynamics365 
  • Have an appreciation or understanding of IT Architecture 
  • Experience Managing budgets and building teams
  • Excellent communication and presenting skills
