They are seeking a talented Salesforce Presales Consultant to play a pivotal role in their sales process. In this client-facing role, you will act as a trusted advisor, leveraging your Salesforce expertise to understand client needs, design tailored solutions, and showcase the value of Salesforce capabilities. You will collaborate closely with the sales, delivery, and technical teams to drive successful client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
- Design, present, and articulate Salesforce solutions tailored to client needs, focusing on value and impact.
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops to showcase Salesforce’s potential.
- Create detailed solution proposals, including architecture diagrams, implementation plans, and cost estimates.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, serving as a trusted advisor throughout the presales process.
- Stay updated on Salesforce product developments, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Support RFP/RFI responses, including solution strategy and technical write-ups.
Experience & Qualifications
- Salesforce Expertise: Proven experience in Salesforce consulting or presales, with knowledge of multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, Experience, etc.).
- Consultative Mindset: Ability to understand complex business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Presentation Skills: Strong ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences through clear and impactful communication.
- Collaboration: Experience working closely with sales, technical, and delivery teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Acumen: Familiarity with Salesforce platform capabilities, integrations, and ecosystem tools.
