I'm working with a leading Salesforce Partner, who specialise in implementing multi cloud solutions for some of the biggest names across the globe.

 As a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Lead, you will lead the design, development, and delivery of advanced Marketing Cloud solutions. You’ll act as the technical authority on client projects, bridging business needs with Marketing Cloud’s technical capabilities to create personalised, automated, and scalable marketing journeys.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end technical design and implementation of Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Mobile Studio, Advertising Studio, and more). 
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable technical architectures. 
  • Oversee development of complex automations, API integrations, and data flows between Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud. 
  • Conduct solution design workshops, review architecture diagrams, and validate designs against client requirements.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience, with at least 2 years in a technical or lead capacity. 
  • Strong expertise with Marketing Cloud components: Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, and Marketing Cloud Connect. 
  • Proven experience with SQL, AMPscript, and SSJS for advanced personalisation and automation. 
  • Hands-on experience with APIs and integrations between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external systems.
  • Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant.
