We are working with a Salesforce partner, who is considered to be the fastest-growing partner in the UK right now, making huge waves in the marketplace!
Due to the growth rate they are experiencing, they are looking to hire a Salesforce functional consultant for their delivery team.
Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with clients to gather and understand their business requirements and challenges.
- Develop comprehensive Salesforce solutions that meet client needs and industry best practices.
- Leading the configuration and customisation of Salesforce applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation of Salesforce solutions to ensure they meet client expectations and business needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed documentation of client requirements, solutions designs, and implementation processes.
Experience & Qualifications
- 2+ years of Salesforce consultancy experience
- Excellent communication skills with proven experience dealing with stakeholders
- Proficient in Salesforce configuration, and experience with flows, objects, and fields
- Proven experience with leading projects end-to-end
- Sales Cloud and Service Cloud experience is a must. CPQ experience is a bonus
- Salesforce Certified Administrator [Must have]
- Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud Consultant OR Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant [Must have]
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist [Nice to have]
