We are partnered with one of the UK's leading Salesforce partner's, who are known for delivering Salesforce Multi-Cloud solutions to luxury brands around the UK.
The position is for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, taking projects end-to-end through the delivery of SFMC solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with clients to gather and understand their marketing requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Designing, building and deploying Marketing Cloud solutions Configure and customise Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Develop and maintain complex data extensions, queries, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients.
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience implementing Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels.
- Strong understanding of Marketing Automation, Data Management, and Customer Segmentation.
- Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
- Bachelor's UK degree with a 2:1 or higher in a Business, IT or Marketing related field.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud Certifications (e.g. Email Specialist, Consultant) are beneficial.
