We have partnered with an exciting business in the West Yorkshire area, who are delivering multi-cloud Salesforce solutions covering multiple sectors including sports, media and financial services.
Working in collaboration to develop marketing campaigns, building automations, and managing the day to day running of Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with clients to gather and understand their marketing requirements, translating them into effective Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.
- Setting up new customer journeys, developing and executing campaigns to meet objectives.
- Configure and customise Salesforce Marketing Cloud components such as Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Journey Builder, and Automation Studio.
- Develop and maintain complex data extensions, queries, and automation workflows within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for clients and users.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders of all levels.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, data management, and customer segmentation.
- Experience with SQL, AMPscript, and HTML/CSS for email template customisation.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification (e.g. Email Specialist, Admin, Consultant etc) is a MUST.
