We are currently working with a leading Salesforce consultancy who are looking to hire a managed service consultant to join their service desk team. They support a variety of different clients on multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. There is an excellent team to work alongside which will allow you to grow and develop your Salesforce skills.

 As a Salesforce Managed Service Consultant you will play an important part in supporting various clients post-implementation. You will be very hands-on with the configuration of the Salesforce platform across multiple products, supporting clients who are experiencing any issues with their Salesforce platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  •  Hands-on with the configuration of Salesforce. 
  • Able to identify issues within the Salesforce platform. 
  • Understand and troubleshoot Flows. 
  • Client facing to gather additional requirements. 
  • Work closely with the wider team to meet SLA's.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce. 
  • Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud. 
  • Ability to build and amend Flows. 
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator.
