We are currently working with a leading Salesforce consultancy who are looking to hire a managed service consultant to join their service desk team. They support a variety of different clients on multi-cloud Salesforce implementations. There is an excellent team to work alongside which will allow you to grow and develop your Salesforce skills.
As a Salesforce Managed Service Consultant you will play an important part in supporting various clients post-implementation. You will be very hands-on with the configuration of the Salesforce platform across multiple products, supporting clients who are experiencing any issues with their Salesforce platform.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on with the configuration of Salesforce.
- Able to identify issues within the Salesforce platform.
- Understand and troubleshoot Flows.
- Client facing to gather additional requirements.
- Work closely with the wider team to meet SLA's.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience configuring Salesforce.
- Experience with Sales Cloud & Service Cloud.
- Ability to build and amend Flows.
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
