I'm working exclusively with one of the fastest growing Salesforce Partners, who in 18 months have grown over 500%. They operate across the UK, and have built a solid delivery team to support their enterprise clients.

As a Salesforce Functional Lead, you will play a key role in leading the functional design and delivery of Salesforce solutions for their clients. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to understand business processes, translate requirements into Salesforce functionality, and guide project teams through successful implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead discovery and requirements-gathering sessions with clients. 
  • Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements and user stories. 
  • Design scalable Salesforce solutions leveraging standard platform features before customisation. 
  • Serve as the functional lead during implementation, working closely with technical leads, developers, and project managers.

Experience & Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including at least 2 years in a functional or consulting lead role. 
  • Hands-on experience across core Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience). 
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration, automation tools, and data model. 
  • Proven ability to lead workshops and translate business processes into Salesforce solutions.
  • Salesforce Certified Consultant (Sales/Service).
